2. Who is Gift Spice?
Answer: We are a small team of individuals who enjoy decorating for the holidays. So we joined forces and formed a small start- up focused on finding unique home decor for the holidays. Our goal is to make it both simple and cost effective for every person to "spice" up their home decor for the holidays!
3. What is your return policy?
Answer: We hope when you receive your Gift Spice items that you are 100% satisfied, but we know that may not always be the case. So we allow a 30-day window for exchanges or returns for all items. However, please note that items need to be unused and undamaged when we receive it back in order for you to receive the full refund. 4. Is shipping included?
Answer: Our goal is to offer you the best home decor selections at a fair price, so unfortunately shipping is not included in our retail prices. We hope that you understand our limitations and continue to support our business.
5. I've emailed Gift Spice, when will I hear back?
Answer: We are very committed to providing the great customer service and support to the best of our ability. Our goal is to respond within 2-3 business days. However, we are a small start-up so during peak holiday seasons we may take up to 4-5 business days to get back to you. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
6. If an item is sold out, will it be available later?
Answer: To keep things lean, we keep very little inventory. However, if you email us or comment on any of our social media platforms to let us know which items are on your wishlist, we will do our best to acquire more of that item. So #wishlist away!
7. Why are large animated items individually packed for shipments?
Answer: To ensure that animated items arrive undamaged, Gift Spice has requested those items be packaged individually and placed in thicker carton boxes. By doing so, it will help to reduce damages occurred during shipping and handling.
8. Why are there no discounts/promotions/coupons?
Answer: Honestly, we just don't like playing those numbers games and the you-think-you-are-getting-a-good-deal thing. We figure if we price the items at a fair price, offer good customer service, and post great photos and ideas, people will notice us. Please help prove us right! :)
10. What are the shipping cost and options? When can I expect to receive my items?
Answer: We offer FedEx for domestic orders and USPS priority mail for all international orders

Cost for shipping outside of the United States will be based on the rates provided by USPS.

11. I'm not from the US, do you have the adaptors that can be in non-U.S. countries?
Answer: Unfortunately for the time being, our electrical products only come with the standard 110 and 120 volts AC adaptors.
12. What about International Tariff Charges?
Answer: Please note that our shipping costs and prices do not include your country's tariff charges. You will be responsible for paying those charges when you receive the product.
