We have a 30 day return policy. In order to receive the full refund (minus shipping and restocking fee), the item must not be damaged or used. The return shipment fee will be deducted from your refund and a 15% restocking fee may apply. You have the option to have the item refunded back to your payment method or for store credit.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at email@example.com to start the replacement process.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed/emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send store credit to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

All shipping costs include insurance, so all returns for defective/damaged items will be filed with the shipping company. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
