Superbowl Family Weekend

Since it's Superbowl Weekend, I decided to feature something football related. I love this 72535 Family Football item by Lemax collectibles. This figurine is a set of 3 figurine showing a family playing football. I love the action in this piece and the idea of depicting a family spending time together outside of the house! I don't know about you, but when my family gets together for holidays or parties everyone is always so busy on their smart phones and lab tops to really actually spend some "face" time with each other >.<

I also really love this piece because it can be used during non-holiday months. Many times collectors would like to set up a village all year round and I totally agree! I love keep up a small display year round and changing out pieces as well. This football figurine is a perfect example of such a piece.
