The Crypt Casino

There's something inherently thrilling about gambling. There's the obvious, you're betting money in the hopes of attaining more. Since money has become so ingrained in our society and key to our survival, gambling means that you aren't just betting money. Which is the part that is infinitely more thrilling and why, I believe, it is one of the oldest pass times in human existence. This week we have a piece from Lemax that encapsulates that very same thrill.
When you're dead, there really isn't much use for money. Since it is so necessary for survival, being dead removes that whole problem. I imagine the inhabitants of The Crypt Casino are trying to recapture some of that old excitement; the rolling of the dice, the clinking of poker chips and whirring of the roulette wheel. They even got Ol' No Eyes, the Soul Singer to perform and give the guests a soundtrack to go along with the clamor and din of casino.
As always with Lemax, this piece is beautiful and packed with detail. You'll have plenty to enjoy reading with all the posters and signs, which are always chock full of puns and information. The piece is a lighted building with sounds. As always, these are controlled with a dial, so you can turn the volume up or down to your preference. It makes a fantastic addition to any Spooky Town, but can also make a fun nightlight or end table piece to spook-ify any room.
